Overview

The SIVACON 8PT low-voltage switchgear is a new low-voltage switchgear designed by Siemens. It has circuit breaker technology, fixed-mount technology and drawer technology design. The SIVACIN 8PT produced by the company as a “licensed production partner” of Siemens is suitable for low-voltage distribution systems with AC 50HZ and rated working voltages of 690V and below. As a variety of power generation, transmission, distribution, power conversion and power consumption control equipment, can be widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, building hotels, municipal construction and other low-voltage power distribution systems.

The switchgear is fully compliant with the national standard GB7251 and the international standard IEC60439-I.

 

Characteristics

◆ SIVACON8PT drawer type switchgear with motor circuit and cable feed circuit has the best safety and applicability to provide high operational convenience.

◆With the wizard's withdrawing mechanism, it can be quickly and easily replaced and adjusted, so each module can be modified or changed, even if the compartment can be changed during operation.

◆ Standard modules that pass the form test have a high level of safety. The outlet circuit can be up to 250kW. Can be protected with fuses or circuit breakers. There is an isolation interval on the power supply side and the power supply side. The draw-out unit saves space and the minimum unit height is lOOmm. The cable connection compartment can be adjusted at the front or rear, depending on changing conditions, without the need to power down the entire cabinet.

Normal use environmental conditions

Internal structure

The basic structure of the cabinet is composed of fixed steel profiles connected to each other and can be divided into several compartments according to requirements, namely main bus room, electrical room, cable room and horizontal wiring compartment (for connection between cabinet and cabinet) wire). The skeleton profile has a M=25mm mounting hole and the outer casing is made of 2mm steel plate. Users can choose the surface treatment method (powder coating, painting or galvanizing) according to their needs.
